Don't Tread on Me, Pt.1

One of the joys of the hobby is surely the side project. It doesn't matter if it's ever realised, it's the journey taken, the resources read, plans made and figures painted that count. So, one of my little side projects is to game some fictional but typical battles of the American Rebellion, ahem, War of Independence.

I've got a ruleset I enjoy, Maurice, plenty of scenery and British and French 7YW forces that could be pressed into service. So my latest order from Baccus included some Continental Infantry which I have begun to paint. I painted some of their Woodland Indians last year so there are native allies available for both sides for any side-side projects of the French & Indian Wars that I might game too. Further updates to follow..
